Trained in graphic design, video, communications and the web, Sathya began her professional life managing communications for a major association in the Brest region, which distributed organic baskets from over 50 local producers to its members. She also worked from 2018 as an e-learning training designer for the Collège des Hautes Études en Médecine, which offers doctors online training to keep them up to date with new techniques and diseases.
As soon as she finished her studies, she set up her own business and decided to put her skills at the service of online schools (leaders in France) offering training in brief therapies, hypnosis, NLP and personal and professional coaching (MHD Formation and l'Académie du Coaching), with the aim of indirectly helping people as a whole and helping their mental health. She has worked as communications manager, marketing assistant and artistic director.
She helped set up the UFM on a voluntary basis in its early days (creation of the website, layout of modules, recording and editing of audios, etc.) and returned "to the source" in 2022, herself wishing to go further in helping humanity to flourish, but also, the UFM began to grow and the association's need for communication (as well as structuring) became apparent during this pivotal year. So it was only natural that the existing team should call on Sathya.
